Why was joining a team of site owners not the good idea it seemed.?
The benefits of networking and some healthy competition attracted me to joining a team and what better than to join my StartXchange team leader over at CTP.
Surely the leverage of three seasoned traffic exchange and mailer pros would be the best platform for a successful Click Track Profit Team. Pre-season and I’m the one bringing in the points almost single handedly – staying up late on the final day narrowly missing out on securing a position in a higher league (one badge claim from another member would have been enough). Thats ok, I thought, the rest of the team will join in once the season starts .
Day one: me 9 million (run out of XP batteries and tokens to buy more not ideal). rest of team less than 500K each.
Day two and another team attains 300+ million so thats game over then…
Well, no, i’ll not quit.
Hopefully this rant will motivate the team. Its motivated me i’m turning the negativity into positivity, implementing CTP training by building a brand – personalised splash page: building a list: tracking etc.
Will I still surf for XP? Not directly but when available at the sites I surf then all good. For example viraldynamyte have XP prize pages (currently up to a 1000XP a time) and contests (I finished 5th and got 40,000XP).
However I won’t be chasing the golden egg all over TEdom. Nor will I stay up to 4am unless its to my advantage. Unless that is my team become a team.
The Old School Wiz Dynamite team are currently in 4th place over at the zubee zone so perhaps it’s just the CTP team structure is the problem in that the big players just arent getting the incentive to surf . What do you think?
